about me
Sports have been an important part my life since I was a kid, competing in every track and field event I could. Attending the Invictus Games—an international sports event for wounded soldiers and veterans—and volunteering in adaptive sports solidified in my mind that prosthetics and orthotics was the perfect career choice. I completed my master’s in orthotics and prosthetics at California State University Dominguez Hills and was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship from the Limbcare Foundation. As an orthotic resident in Bakersfield, California, I am eager to connect with and support people with disabilities, inside and outside the clinic’s walls. I hope to combine my clinical and nonprofit work by making adaptive sports, advocacy, and education key parts of my career.
